Bookings & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments are only confirmed one any required deposit has been received.

Please ensure all booking details are correct when making your appointment.

Deposits 

All bookings deposits are non-refundable as they secure your appointment date and time.

Hair Orders (Hair Included Services)

All Hair Included orders are custom made to order specifically for each client. Once a custom hair order has been placed with our supplier, the cost of the hair is non-refundable, as it has been specially ordered for you. If you cancel your appointment after your hair has been ordered but before the fitting takes place, the fitting fee may be refunded. However, the cost of the custom hair remains non-refundable, and your hair will be available for collection once it has arrived.

​Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposits. 

Repeated cancellations may require full payments in advance for future bookings.

you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours notice (deposit is transferable one time only) 

 

Late Arrivals 

If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

No-shows or late cancellations (under 72 hours) = deposit is forfeited and future bookings may be declined.

Hair Extension Services

Results may vary depending on hair type, aftercare, maintenance ad following professional advice. Clients are responsible for attending recommended maintenance appointments and following aftercare guidance. Hair By Flo is not responsible for issues caused by poor aftercare, third-party products or failure to follow maintenance advice. 

Minimum Hair Quantity Policy

A minimum service charge equivalent to 100g applies to all fitting and maintenance appointments. 

Hair quantities below 100g applies to all and maintenance appointments. Hair quantities below 100g will be charged at 100-130g service rate. This ensures sufficient time is allocation for professional application, maintenance and finishing, regardless of the quantity of hair fitting or maintained.

Hair Orders (Hair By Flo)​

Where hair is purchased through Hair By Flo, all hair custom ordered specifically or your appointment after your booking has been confirmed and any required deposit has been received.

 

As each order is made specifically for you, hair orders cannot be refunded once they have been placed with our supplier.

Estimated delivery times are typically 1-3 weeks from the date the order is placed, depending on production and supplier availability. This timeframe is provided as a guide only and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times may also vary due to courier delays, customs or other circumstances outside of Hair By Flo's control. While we will always keep you updated, Hair By Flo cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your hair has not arrived in time for your scheduled appointment due to circumstances outside of Hair By Flo's control, your appointment will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.

Hair By Flo will provide professional recommendations based on your consultation, including the most suitable hair length, texture, colour and quantity. Before your order is placed, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy with the recommended hair. Once the order has been placed with our supplier, changes cannot be made.

Special Occasions & Events

If you are booking for a special occasion or event, such as wedding, birthday, holiday or photoshoot, please let us know during your consultation. This allows us to advise you on the most suitable timeline and recommend booking well in advance.

 

To help avoid disappointments, please allow sufficient time for your hair to arrive and for your appointment to be completed before your event. While Hair By Flo will always keep you informed of any updates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by supplier production, courier services, customs or other circumstances outside of our control. 

 

Colour Matching & Consultations

Consultations may be recommended before certain services. Colour matching is completed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens and hair batches.

Payments 

Final balances must be paid on the day of appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout or confirmed during booking.

Refunds

Hair Services

Due to the time, skill and nature of hair services, refunds are not provided once a services has been completed. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and discuss a reasonable solution where appropriate.

Health & Suitability

Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions or medical concerns before treatment.

Hair By Flo reserves the right to refuse or adjust a service where necessary for health, safety or hair condition reasons.

Photography & Videography ​

Photos and videos may be taken before, during and after your appointment for business and marketing purposes. This content ay be used by Hair By Flo across our website, social media platforms and other other promotional materials. Hair By Flo primarily captures the back and side of finished hairstyles. If you prefer not to show your face, a face cover is available and can be used during photos and videos. If you are happy for your face to be included, please let us know before your appointment begins.
