Welcome to Hair By Flo. By Using our website, booking appointments or purchasing products/ services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments are only confirmed one any required deposit has been received.
Please ensure all booking details are correct when making your appointment.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposits.
Repeated cancellations may require full payments in advance for future bookings.
you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours notice (deposit is transferable one time only)
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
No-shows or late cancellations (under 72 hours) = deposit is forfeited and future bookings may be declined.
Hair Extension Services
Results may vary depending on hair type, aftercare, maintenance ad following professional advice. Clients are responsible for attending recommended maintenance appointments and following aftercare guidance. Hair By Flo is not responsible for issues caused by poor aftercare, third-party products or failure to follow maintenance advice.
Colour Matching & Consultations
Consultations may be recommended before certain services. Colour matching is completed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens and hair batches.
Payments
Final balances must be paid on the day of appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout or confirmed during booking.
Refunds
Due to the time, skill and nature of hair services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and discuss a reasonable solution.
Unused unopened retail products may be eligible for return where applicable.
Health & Suitability
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions or medical concerns before treatment.
Hair By Flo reserves the right to refuse or adjust a service where necessary for health, safety or hair condition reasons.
