Hair Orders:
All hair is ordered on your behalf and sent directly to Hair By Flo for quality inspection before your fitting.
Once hair has been ordered and confirmed, it cannot be refunded.
If there is a genuine issue with the hair (e.g. wrong length, texture, or colour)
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
